8. Internet fraud - involves using online services and software with access to the internet to defraud or take advantage of victims. 10. Cybercrime - is criminal activity that either targets or uses a computer, a computer network or a networked device. Most cybercrime is committed by cyber criminals or hackers who want to make money. However, occasionally cybercrime aims to damage computers or networks for reasons other than profit. 11. Phishing - Phishing is a type of social engineering attack often used to steal user data, including login credentials and credit card numbers. It occurs when an attacker, masquerading as a trusted entity, dupes a victim into opening an email, instant message, or text message. The recipient is then tricked into clicking a malicious link, which can lead to the installation of malware, the freezing of the system as part of a ransomware attack or the revealing of sensitive information.

12. Citizen Journalism - Citizen journalism is defined as a phenomenon in which individual members of society create news content. Laypeople without a background in journalism gather, develop, distribute and share news content, occupying the role previously held by professional journalists.

13. Catfishing - refers to when a person takes information and images, typically from other people, and uses them to create a new identity for themselves. In some cases, a catfisher steals another individual's complete identity—including their image, date of birth, and geographical location—and pretends that it is their own.
